Attendees of the 7th Annual Avidity Awards events are professionals in various fields of business who enjoy upscale entertainment, as well as community outreach. In the last six years, the Avidity Awards has hosted a spectacular event each year, cumulatively reaching more than 20,000 people. We’re planning another successful event this year, and we want you to be a part of it! The Avidity Awards executive committee assures all its sponsors and vendors maximum exposure to the consumers.
 

The Avidity Awards is a subsidiary of The Elite Gospel Music & Ministry Academy (TEGMMA), and our mission is to build awareness and generate pride in the diversity inherent to the Gospel music industry, ministerial, ecclesiastical, and civic communities as well as to create a source of support for organizations that are addressing health, educational, and economic issues adversely affecting this community. However, we cannot do it alone. Your help allows us to fulfill our objective to use our many voices and talents to share the soulful sounds of gospel music with those throughout the United States. This packet includes information about our event, a listing of levels of sponsorship opportunities, and
a one-page form for you to return with your commitment.
 

In addition to the pre-set sponsorship packages, we are willing to discuss individual arrangements with you such as in-kind donations of goods or services. Depending on the type of organization or business you belong to, we can work out the most beneficial forms of recognition for you. We also offer event program advertising in the form of full, half, quarter page, and business card size ads that will be prominently displayed in our Program Souvenir Booklet and on our website.
