Advertiser/Sponsor must electronically send half-page ad as a PDF document (8.5" x 5.5") to info@theavidityawards.com no later than Tuesday, October 1, 2024 to guarantee placement in Avidity Magazine. Refunds will not be permitted if Advertiser/Sponsor misses the ad submission deadline or if the ad is not in the proper specifications. Please review your ad thoroughly prior to submission to ensure the ad is in the correct dimesions.
 
Aviditiy Recording Academy/Avidity Awards will not design or prepare ads for advertiser/sponsor. Ads must be received already completed and appropriately formatted in color and as a PDF file.
 
All files must comply with the appropriate dimensions for the size of the ad purchased  and emailed to info@theavidityawards.com no later than Tuesday, October 1, 2024 to guarantee placement. Sponsor must submit ad on time, and with the specifications outlined above.
 
All ad sales are FINAL and non-refundable.
