WHEN IS THE 6TH ANNUAL AVIDITY AWARDS?
The 6th Annual Avidity Awards will take place on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center - Booth Playhouse Theater, 130 N. Tryon Street, Charlotte, North Carolina. The Avidity Awards is an awards show presented by The Elite Gospel Music & Ministry Academy (TEGMMA) and is produced by Derrick Huggins Productions, LLC, and Mogul TV.​​

 

 

WHO CAN REGISTER FOR A MEDIA CREDENTIAL?
Any print, syndicated radio, television, or Internet media outlet can register for a media credential. If approved for credentials, the passes cannot be used in giveaways or promotions of any kind.

 

(Please note that submitting an application does not constitute an agreement that you will be approved for media credentials. You will receive an email confirming or denying your credentials by Thursday, September 30, 2021.)

WHAT DOES A MEDIA CREDENTIAL

ENTITLE ME TO?

Credentials do not include a seat to the awards show. Those who wish to be seated for the awards must purchase tickets.

PARKING

All attendees must use available authorized parking. It is the attendees sole responsibility to ensure they are parked in the authorized parking areas. We are not responsible for the attendees vehicle safety, security, nor are we liable for charges associated with towing.

Approval criteria
• Registration will be approved for working media only.
• TEGMMA reserves the right to decline a registration application and the right to limit the number of registrations.
• The registration does not necessarily allow access to other showcases or invitation-only events.

 

DEADLINE: This application must be received no later than Thursday, September 23, 2021. Approvals will be sent by Thursday, September 30, 2021 - please do not inquire about approvals before that time.
